What You Need to Know

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Returned in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Products must be in resalable condition

 

Exchange Policy

  • Your first exchange is free

  • Additional exchanges for the same order will incur a ₹200 logistics fee

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability

If your preferred size or product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit refunds only

  • Store credit can be used anytime on chllen.in

  • Credit is issued after the product passes our quality check

 

Clearance & Sale Items

Products purchased under clearance or final sale are:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange

  • Except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchasing during such offers.

 

Return Process

Once your returned product is received:

  1. It undergoes a quality inspection

  2. If approved:

    • Exchange is processed
      or

    • Store credit is issued

  3. If rejected:

    • The product will be shipped back to you

    • A return shipping fee may apply

Returns will only be accepted if they meet our quality standards.

If the product:

  • Shows signs of use

  • Is damaged after delivery

  • Is missing packaging or tags

The return or exchange request may be declined.
